My Faucet Handle In My Bathtub Keeps Getting Stripped. The Housing Maintenance Team Fixed It 3 Times But It Keeps Coming Loose Again After 1-2 Weeks. Each Time It Gets Stripped, A Lot Of Water Pours Out And It's Impossible To Stop It Without Replacing Certain Parts.

How Do I Fix It So That It Never Happens Again?
